Project Description

This project aims to provide modern, secure, and conducive on-campus housing for Kwara State University (KWASU) students. Operating largely on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model, it will deliver thousands of bed spaces with reliable electricity (including solar), water, and robust security. The goal is to enhance the student experience by offering a high-quality “home away from home” environment, fostering academic success and well-being.
