The Affordable Housing Company Ltd (TAHCo) is a private limited liability registered in Nigeria. It is a subsidiary of The Africa Housing Company, the United Kingdom registered entity focused on affordable housing investment and management in Sub Sahara Africa. Formed in 2012, the Group has a vision to become a top three developer and manager of affordable housing in East and West Africa by 2030

Jumoke Adegunle is the Head, Mortar Operations for Lafarge Africa and a member of the Executive Committee. She is a results-oriented business management professional with extensive experience from a 15-year career in manufacturing, construction, engineering services, IT and project management.

Director in AFREAL, a leading Proptech and real estate advisory firm in Lagos. Prior to that he was an Executive Director in Abbey Mortgage Bank PLC. He also held various positions in investment banks in New York and London.

Isoken has over 26years in Banking & Housing delivery having worked in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She was part of the team that implemented the £400million Elephant and Castle Regeneration Project. Isoken returned to Nigeria in 2008 to Head Real Estate financing in Afribank Plc.

Olu has over 25 years’ experience working in the housing industry in the UK, working in senior positions with responsibility for major business functions which have included residential and commercial developments.

Tunde has over 10 years’ experience in business development and has played pivotal roles in steering start-ups form early growth expansion. He began his career with Savills PLC UK where he was a senior associate in business space and asset management team.
